What we cannot do

We cannot look up your account, contact your servicer, apply a payment, arrange a hardship program, produce a payoff quote or dispute a credit entry. We are not a servicer and have no access to any lender's systems.

For anything account-specific, the number on your statement is the only useful one.

If your servicer will not help

Put your request in writing to the address the servicer designates for information requests or notices of error, keep proof of delivery, and escalate to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's free complaint process if it is not resolved.
